No. Boxes, bubble wrap, foam, tape and covers for mattresses are all part of the price. The team will also take away the empty boxes and wrap once you have finished unpacking.

Yes, we take care of that for you. This includes booking the lift, getting permits from Emaar or Nakheel, and filling out all the forms the building needs.
We can keep it at our Dubai Investment Park warehouse, listed out and ready to go whenever you get your keys. You can book the move and the storage together so you only have to deal with one company.

Yes. We regularly move families to Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah using our own trucks, not some random third party.
Just tell your coordinator before the team leaves, and we will sort it out immediately instead of making you wait weeks for a claim. If you have very expensive items, we suggest getting your own transit insurance first and we will follow whatever rules the policy has.
